Shieldhost Gets Even Worse
I couldn’t believe they are so stupid as to do this. I am pursuing legal action against Shieldhost. No doubt there is a long list of victims who have tried their hostiing. A class action law suit is a definate possibility. I am continuing to keep the FTC informed.

We'll go along.
We dipped below the guaranteed 99.9% uptime our first month this cycle. We submitted ticket after ticket demanding our money back. They simply delete the tickets!!!
We finally got into a round of V-E-R-Y slow exchanges featuring mainly fractured English and utterly pointless observations.
They have fallen completely apart and should be avoided at all cost.
We will let the clock run out on this billing cycle and switch immediately.

I too am interested in such a suit. They are overbilling me and won't respond o my questions.
