Time Warner Class Action?
I think I’m just going to drop by their local office and complain every day. Maybe I’ll even file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully, they’ll get sick of me and put someone on it. I’ve read and heard others are a little ticked off at Time Warner, so maybe we can all get together and file a Class Action law suit.

A lawsuit - you bet!!! Breach of contract - fraud - I have NEVER been faced with so much incompetence and lies from a company in my life. I can stomach most anything, but customer service calls are put on hold for 1/2 hour if you need to go up a level - and I have been lied to more than 10 times. It is outrageous and if anyone can get anywhere on this or has another avenue to go through - please tell me. I live in LA.

additional comment: My experience with their call in line is similar to who have posted comments; it is busy most of the time. I have filed complaints with both the Public Utility Dept of this State and the F.C.C., so I will look like I did all I could to try to resolve this when lawsuit time comes around.

I need to sue Roadrunner, enough is enough. I only had a dial tone 50% of the time, the service rep didn't show up at their scheduled time, I tried to switch to Earthlink, but Roadrunner refused to do what had to be done on their end to allow Earthlink to take over the service, but disconnected my service from them, so I had neither Roadrunner or Earthlink. They promised to reduce my bill for the times I had no dial tone but didn't and the most serious screw up of all, I have been in hiding from an ex who has threatened to kill me and I told Roadrunner emphatically DO NOT LIST MY NAME!!! I have been paying $4.95/mth for an unpublished listing; the June 2007 phone book just came out and... you guessed it, I'm right in there, full first and last time, full residential address. I've kept a loaded gun on my person since learning that my name is listed in the phone book. These people need to be heavily fined, or better yet forced to cease and desist and have a creditable co. take them over. I am in the process of looking for an attorney of the caliber that would take on such a large co. No one here in my small town wants to touch this one. If any of you find an attorney, please advise me. I'm definitely going to have to file this suit, their behavior has been too reckless to ignore.
