No More Workman's Compensation For Me
Ok. It isn't cosmetic, but I do have a reconstructive practice too. My reconstructive practice has become more and more a Medicare practice as Medicare is the last of the plans for which I am a Provider. "Provider" really should be a dirty word in plastics as overhead usually makes it a loser economically. My overhead does not become any lower just because your insurer wants to pay me poorly. I do not deny patients appointments at the office but I cannot obviously guarantee that their insurers will pay the bill. I will no longer bill Workman's Compensation. Patient who have insurance with "Out of Network" benefits usually get some coverage however.

Law School First Impressions
As to the classes themselves, I’m rather happy. Torts is by far the most interesting (another finding that has me scared, as the last thing I want is to fall in love with personal injury law). Contracts is fun as well, though the cases are more difficult to keep track of. They tend to be complex, with parties going back and forth — and often overlapping — until something happens to screw up the whole works. What that something is takes careful consideration to tease out but, I suppose, it’s no more difficult than figuring out what any of our great western philosophers is getting at in a given essay.

Missed The Class Action Suit
Needless to say, I was not happy and decided to go looking for this error code on the internet and see if anyone else had this problem. Immediately I felt better, I was not the only one with issues. Apparently anyone who has bought this washer is miserable. The only thing that bummed me out is that the class action law suit has already been settled. On the up side for Karolyn, the new front loading High Efficiency LG washer is on its way today.

Finding A Malpractice Attorney
But, like all industries, the law, and in particular medical malpractice representation, is a commodity. And like all commodities there are a few high quality providers and a great many shabby ones. Unfortunately, finding a good medical malpractice attorney isn’t quite as a simple as finding a cheap price, rather, it’s a lot like finding a good car mechanic.
