A post on the cost of the Vioxx lawsuits.
Read the entire thing. Mallaby takes a few gratuitous shots at Bush but he does get things right with regard to the damage wrought by an out of control system in which unscrupulous attorneys are able to manipulate twelve people into bankrupting corporations like Merck.
