Worker's Comp Questions
More important to me is the system used for evaluating workman's compensation. Is someone is in charge of looking at individual abuses? If an individual continually appears to be more accident prone than the rest, I would like to know if there is a program in place to evaluate that person's performance. Sounds to me, from reading the interview that this position is on the cutting blocks and the responsibility will be shared and spread out among other employees. I hope they can work together to find extreme, individual abuse.

I was injured in my work in 1989 and have been under workman com benefit from 2/89 to aproximatly 9/91.
I need the record of the total benefit I received in order of calculating my French social security.
Could you help me, I have move since this happen.
The injury happen in Burdines store in Boca Raton in February 1989.
I move to 1657 Bentana Way Reston VA 22090 in June 1989 where the check I was receiving from Liberty Mutual was sent.
If you need any other information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

what is the time span after being placed on TTD to start receiving your disability check?
